Notifications
Notifications keep you informed when important work finishes—such as Search Console data imports—or when you manage sites (for example removal scheduling). They live in the app; you do not need email turned on to see them (email may still be used for separate product messages).
Where to open them
- Bell in the top navigation — quick preview of recent items and unread count. Click through when you want the full list.

/notificationsfrom the menu or after signing in. Use this page when you want to search, filter, or page through history.
What you can do on the full page
- Search — narrow the list by words in the title, body, or source label.
- Status — show all items, only unread, or only read.
- Source — filter by type such as system messages, Search Console collection, or website management events (exact labels match your UI language).
- Refresh — reload the current page of results.
- Mark as read — on unread rows, mark individually when you have reviewed them.
- Pagination — move between pages when you have many notifications.
Reading the list
Each row shows a short title, optional message, timestamp, and badges for type (such as success or info). Unread items are visually highlighted until you mark them read or they age according to your workflow.
