Welcome to SEO Perception! By using our service and related features, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the product.
1. Eligibility
SEO Perception requires a Google account to connect Google Search Console (GSC) and the ability to add website URLs you own or control. For full functionality, a validated property in Google Search Console may be required. These are technical requirements that must be met for the service to function properly.
2. License and Use
- Licenses are for individual use, with options available for users managing multiple websites.
- Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared or resold.
- You may not tamper with our APIs or abuse the service in any way.
3. Website Crawling
When you add a website to SEO Perception, we crawl it to provide SEO insights such as page metadata, links, and status information. Our crawler identifies itself via the User-Agent SEO-Perception-Crawler/1.0 (+https://seoperception.com) so you can recognize our requests in your server logs. We respect robots.txt and do not crawl URLs that are disallowed.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are as offered (e.g. annual) and may automatically renew using the payment method on file.
- Refund policy: If within 30 days you experience an issue that makes the service unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we will consider offering a full refund of your purchase.
5. Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to assist all users promptly, we cannot guarantee specific resolution times.
6. Updates and Termination
- We reserve the right to update features or functionality of the service as needed.
- Services may be terminated in cases of non-payment of the subscription fee or misuse of the product.
7. Limitations of Liability
SEO Perception is provided "as is." While we strive to ensure compatibility with current standards and APIs, we take no responsibility for:
- Data loss resulting from the use of the service.
- API outages or interruptions caused by third-party services (including Google).
- Incompatibilities with your websites or systems outside of a reasonable time frame for addressing compatibility issues.
8. Privacy
Your use of SEO Perception is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect your data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEO Perception operates.
10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we recommend contacting us directly at support@seoperception.com to resolve the issue amicably. If further action is required, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing law above.
