Limits that apply across plans
GSC facts are stored weekly. Manual Search Console refresh is limited to once every 7 days on all tiers. Manual site recrawl uses a tier cooldown (7 days on Free, 24 hours on paid). Country, device, and search types beyond web (image, video, news) are on Business and Enterprise. Search appearance (rich-result types) is Business and Enterprise. Today’s Focus is not on Free; Starter runs about once per site per day, Pro and above about hourly.
