FAQ JSON-LD and visible HTML

FAQPage schema lists questions and answers that users can read on the page. Google and other systems expect the JSON-LD to match visible content. Hidden or invented answers are a policy risk.

When we suggest FAQ schema

SEO Possibilities flags question-style Search Console queries on a URL when we do not see FAQPage JSON-LD in the crawl. Use Generate schema to open the generator with those questions prefilled.

You write the answers

The generator never auto-writes answer text. You type answers that belong on the page. The tool outputs:

  • FAQPage JSON-LD for a script tag.
  • A simple HTML section you can paste into the page body.

Open the JSON-LD generator and choose FAQPage, or arrive from a GSC question possibility with a signed prefill link.
