Tiers, pages, and data retention
Plan limits affect how many sites you can track, how many URLs we crawl per site, how many Google accounts you connect, and how Search Console history is retained. Current limits and pricing live on the Pricing page—when in doubt, trust what you see there.
Connected Google (GSC) accounts
Your plan caps how many distinct Google accounts you can connect for Search Console: Free and Starter: 1 account; Pro: 5 accounts; Business: 15 accounts; Enterprise: Unlimited (a high numeric cap internally; marketing copy says “Unlimited”).
Search Console history (stored weekly)
Weekly GSC facts are retained on a per-plan schedule: roughly 56 days on Free, 112 days on Starter and Pro, 168 days on Business, and 365 days on Enterprise. Initial backfill when you add a site typically covers about the last 90 days.
Crawl throughput
Your tier sets how many pages we will index per site. How fast a large site is fully refreshed can also depend on server-side job settings. Those knobs are operational, not something you configure in the app, but they explain why very large sites might catch up over multiple passes.
Search Console refresh & manual recrawl
Collect data (manual GSC import) is limited to about once every 7 days per website on all tiers. Recrawl site uses a tier cooldown: about once every 7 days on Free and about once every 24 hours on paid tiers. See Manual Search Console refresh & site recrawl cooldowns.
Pricing comparison rows (plain language)
The Pricing page also lists feature rows. Here is what those mean in everyday language:
- Search Console history — how much weekly performance history we aim to store, and which search surfaces are in scope for your tier.
- Country, device & search types — whether you get full country/device breakdowns and extra search types beyond core web search.
- Site recrawl cooldown — how often you can press Recrawl site (shorter on paid tiers).
- Email digests — optional summary emails; manage preferences where account settings expose them.
- Possibilities & checklist — the prioritized SEO Possibilities workflow, including Done/Ignore.
- PDF export — client-friendly PDF reports on Starter and higher; whitelabel branding on Business and Enterprise. See Export PDF report.
- Queries, alignment & portfolio — query-focused insights and, on higher tiers, portfolio views across sites.
- Today’s focus (AI) — AI-assisted prioritization in SEO Possibilities. Free is temporarily included with a stricter daily limit; paid plans include it with their own cooldowns. See Today’s focus (AI).
- Site overlay — embed + launch workflow on your live site. Not on Free; see Site overlay.
- SEO Perception MCP — paid remote MCP tokens so any MCP client can read stored Search Console keywords and SEO possibilities. See SEO Perception MCP.
