Documentation plans and limits

Tiers, pages, and data retention

Plan limits affect how many sites you can track, how many URLs we crawl per site, how many Google accounts or properties you connect, and how Search Console history is labeled for retention in the product.

Current limits and pricing change from time to time. See the latest on the Pricing page in the app (upgrade / checkout). For plain-language notes on comparison rows (queries & portfolio, email digests, AI focus), see Plan features explained (comparison rows).

Connected Google (GSC) accounts

Your plan caps how many distinct Google accounts you can connect for Search Console in the workspace. As of the current product configuration: Free and Starter: 1 account; Pro: 5 accounts; Business: 15 accounts; Enterprise: Unlimited (implemented internally as a high numeric cap; marketing and in-app copy say “Unlimited”).

Search Console history (stored weekly)

Weekly GSC facts are retained on a per-plan schedule (promised window in days before grace handling): roughly 56 days on Free, 112 days on Starter and Pro, 168 days on Business, and 365 days on Enterprise. See Pricing for customer-facing wording.

Crawl throughput

Your tier sets how many pages we will index per site. How fast a large site is fully refreshed can also depend on server-side job settings (for example a maximum number of page attempts per scheduler run). Those knobs are operational, not something you configure in the app, but they explain why very large sites might catch up over multiple passes.

Search Console refresh & manual recrawl

Manual GSC import from the dashboard is rate-limited to once every 7 days per website (all tiers), so facts stay weekly-aligned without redundant API traffic.

Manual “crawl site” from the websites table uses a tier cooldown: about once every 7 days on Free and about once every 24 hours on paid tiers. The UI hides duplicate triggers while a crawl is already active or cooldown applies.

For a dedicated walkthrough of manual GSC refresh vs. manual recrawl (and how they interact), see Manual Search Console refresh & site recrawl cooldowns.
